COVID-19 Safety Precautions and Participant Requirements

Clery Center continues to track the evolving nature of COVID-19 and its variants to take necessary precautions to protect Clery Center staff and training participants. These requirements are subject to change dependent on updated safety information from the CDC or other state or local health guidelines.

Clery Center has implemented the following safety guidelines:

  • Face masks will be encouraged but not required if the COVID-19 community level in the location of the training is determined by the CDC to be “low” or “medium”. Face masks may be required to be worn by all participants if the community level is “high”.
  • Instructors and all participants are required to be fully vaccinated, as defined by the CDC. Registrants will receive a link to provide proof of vaccination to Clery Center in advance of the training.
  • Attendees will be required to sign a waiver and safety agreement prior to check-in.
  • We encourage all participants to get tested prior to attending the conference.
  • If you tested positive for COVID-19 within ten days of the training, or are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, do not attend. Clery Center will honor your registration for another training or refund your payment.
  • Eating is prohibited within the training space.
  • Attendance will be limited in order to allow social distanced seating during the training.
  • Clery Center will provide hand sanitizer at all events.
