Description:

The ASR workshop will provide information and tools to use to analyze an institution’s annual security report (ASR) and its compliance with Clery Act requirements. Instructors will review the ASR’s required components, including elements specific to institutions with on-campus student housing, and guide attendees through engaging campus partners in crafting accurate policy and procedure descriptions for their respective areas. Participants will analyze their own ASRs using Clery Center’s ASR checklist to evaluate if their policy statements contain all of the required elements. Facilitated group discussions will be used to identify strategies for making changes. 

Attend this workshop if you are:

• Responsible for composing your institution’s ASR, either alone or as part of a team.

Fees:

$125 per registrant
$95 for Member registrants

Your registration payment is required by Tuesday, May 16.  If payment is not received by this day, your registration will be cancelled and your training seat will be released.  We accept credit cards, checks, and purchase orders. Cancellation Policy:

Registrants who cancel by February 6 will receive a credit equal to their payment towards a future Clery Center purchase – training or materials.

A: As a way to support institutions in their efforts to comply with section 106.45 of the final Title IX Rules, Clery Center does provide its Title IX-related training materials as appropriate.
