Alyssa Kovach
Alyssa Kovach is an experienced employment attorney and corporate leader with more than a decade of practice spanning both top-tier law firms and in-house roles. She began her legal career at Morgan Lewis & Bockius and Duane Morris, where she counseled employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including workplace investigations, litigation, and compliance. She later joined Comcast, where she served as Director of Employee Relations, advising HR and business leaders on complex workplace issues and helping to mitigate legal risk. Most recently, Alyssa served as Senior Director of Impact & Inclusion, where she led enterprise-wide strategies to advance inclusive workplace practices, develop talent, and align organizational culture initiatives with business goals.

Alyssa brings to the Board a deep commitment to fostering safe, equitable, and accountable environments. She lives in West Philadelphia with her husband, daughter, and senior dog, and is actively engaged in her community through volunteer work and advocacy efforts. Alyssa is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law and the University of California, Berkeley, where she was a Division I student-athlete. Her professional expertise and personal values reflect a strong dedication to equity, access, and meaningful impact.
