Note: On October 9, 2020, the Department of Education rescinded the Handbook for Campus Safety and Security Reporting replacing it with an Appendix to the Federal Student Aid Handbook. Find more information on our take on the rescission and its implications for the future by reading our blog posts. Currently, Self-paced CATS does not address the Handbook rescission directly; however, its content is still applicable as this training covers the Clery Act statute and regulations themselves, which will still be enforced by the Department of Education. Additionally, the Handbook will still be used by the Department when conducting program reviews for years in which the Handbook was in place. We encourage you to view our FAQ video after registering and before beginning the training so you are briefed on the implications of the changes. Continue to look for further updates from us in the coming weeks. Q: Do you share your materials for Title IX purposes?
