Our final webinar of 2023 will focus on the ins and outs of arrests & referrals for drug, alcohol, and weapons violations. Our presenters will stress the importance of the intersection between this crime category and your overlapping State laws.

During this webinar we will:

• Review the definitions of arrest and referrals for weapons, alcohol, and drug violations. 
• Practice counting and classifying this crime category using the informal hierarchy rule.
• Discuss best practices for collecting statistics from local law enforcement and within your campus community.
• Examine how your State laws may intersect with the federal definitions of this crime category.
