Kate Fall is a seasoned compliance professional with nearly two decades of experience in higher education, specializing in federal, state, and local regulations. In her current role in the Office of Compliance, she collaborates with Risk Management and Legal Services to ensure her institution meets regulatory requirements, including the Clery Act, Title IX, and State Authorization. Her work focuses on implementing best practices in Accessibility and Standard Operating Procedures. Kate is committed to staying informed on the evolving regulatory landscape and is a trusted source of knowledge on campus.

Throughout her career, Kate has worked in various departments at community colleges and private institutions, including Athletics, Admissions, and Veterans Affairs. She is passionate about transparency, and communication across departments on campuses and has developed workshops to help improve these areas. Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her children and their teammates at sporting events. A passionate community volunteer, she serves on boards and advocates for causes she believes in.
