Lisa Pokorny Lisa Pokorny is the Response Chief at the United States Air Force Academy, working to prevent and respond to campus sexual harassment and assaults. Prior to focusing on sexual harassment and assault safety, Lisa served as a licensed clinical social worker with expertise in the prevention and treatment of individuals and systems experiencing domestic and intimate partner violence. Lisa is also an experienced research professional with a background in self-directed and interpersonal violence prevention strategies among military populations. Lisa received her degree in Administration of Justice and Psychology from Salve Regina University and her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. Lisa currently maintains an active license as a clinical social worker in the state of Colorado and is credentialed through the Department of Defense Sexual Assault Advocate Certificate Program and National Advocate Credentialing Program. In this role, Lisa is dedicated to advancing evidence-based solutions that ensure safety and well-being in campus communities nationwide. |
