Description:

Learn how to create policies and procedures that empower survivors of dating or domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking with clear knowledge of their rights and options and fully capture the requirements of both the Clery Act and Title IX. We will explain the relationship between annual security report policy statements and the underlying institutional policies that should support response and disciplinary procedures for these crimes, as well as how to create policies that are streamlined and approachable for students and employees.

Attend this training if you are:

  • Directly or adjacently involved in the creation or implementation of policy addressing dating and domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking.

 


Fees:

$225 per registrant
$170 for Member registrants

Your registration payment is required by Tuesday, April 18.  If payment is not received by this day, your registration will be cancelled and your training seat will be released.  We accept credit cards, checks, and purchase orders. Cancellation Policy:

Registrants who cancel by April 18 will receive a credit equal to their payment towards a future Clery Center purchase – training or materials.


Q: Do you share your materials for Title IX purposes?

A: As a way to support institutions in their efforts to comply with section 106.45 of the final Title IX Rules, Clery Center does provide its Title IX-related training materials as appropriate. Clery Center maintains sole discretion over what, if any, materials used during a training, workshop, or other event are applicable. You can read our guidelines in full here.
